Q: I've heard of brain entrainment, what is it?
A: We use specialized audio software designed for practitioners with amazing tools like brain entrainment. Used properly, it allows brainwave syncronization which speeds time it takes to achieve a deep state of meditation. Without proper training, the improper use of brain entrainment can result in poor results, headaches and confusion. Be sure your recording was created by a professional.
Brainwave entrainment is a method to stimulate the brain into entering a specific state by using a pulsing sound, light, or electromagnetic field. The pulses elicit the brain's 'frequency following' response, encouraging the brainwaves to align to the frequency of a given beat.
