Returns & Refunds
​Cancellation of any packages bought within 7 days will result in a refund of the full package price minus each session used at full single session price, as well as a 10% office fee and 4% credit card fee (if used). If a custom recording has been created or in progress, the full Custom Recording cost will be charged. Missed appointments will count as one session in a package that has been purchased. No package refunds after 7 days. No returns on Recordings. In the event of office unavailability, online sessions will be made available. Sessions subject to availability. Unused package sessions expire after 1 year.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage may be accepted from your provider but no direct billing is available. If important, please verify with your insurance company to make sure coverage is available for Registered Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology (HNLP) and/or Nutritional Therapy. A receipt will be provided for insurance and tax purposes.
